Elijah Mobley, M.D. is on staff at St. Mary’s Medical Center and Victor Valley Community Hospital. Dr. Mobley is board certified by the American Board of Surgery. He is a member of the AMA, AASLD, AST, ASTS, SCCM, SAGES, and is also a fellow associate of ACS.
Dr. Mobley received his Bachelor’s Degree from Florida A & M University, majoring in Premed. He received his Medical Degree from Meharry Medical College. He completed his General Surgery internship and residency at King/Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
After his involvement with the research and care of his father- in-law who needed a liver and kidney transplant, Dr. Mobley pursued a career in transplant surgery. He completed Transplant Fellowships at St. Vincent Medical Center and NYU Medical Center where he trained with nationally recognized transplant physicians. Upon completion of this transplant fellowship training, he accepted a position at Avera Mckennan Medical Center as a transplant surgeon.
